Instawork
Instawork is on our watchlist for misclassification of employees as independent contractors.
FedEx
FedEx is on our watchlist due to unsafe working conditions. Three workers died at FedEx’s Memphis hub in 2022. In 2023, a 29-year-old FedEx employee in North Dakota was reportedly crushed to death.
Lithco Contracting
Three construction workers reportedly died earlier this year when scaffolding collapsed on a construction project in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Norfolk Southern
In February, a Norfolk Southern train carrying toxic chemicals derailed in a small Ohio town, spilling chemicals and endangering the people in the community.
